Antiques in the Alley

Antiques in the Alley is a unique out door antique show located in downtown Millersburg Ohio.  Shop along the streets, back doorways of stores and the alleys of our historic village.  Downtown Millersburg will host Antiques in the Alley Saturday May 8,  2010, 9am - 5pm 

This is the only time of year that you can go in the back door and out the front door of many business located in Historic Downtown Millersburg.  What a fun, festive event to spend the day shopping for antiques, collectibles, treasures and crafts.  Garden accents, wire art and even hanging flower baskets will be available at the court house lawn.  Joanne's Bakery will be selling artisian bread and giving away free samples.  Tents full of crafters, cookbooks to benefit Holmes County Relay for Life, chicken barbecue, and a kettle corn are just a few of the many items you will find on the courthouse lawn during Antiques in the Alley.  

Antique vendors will be located on Court Street, thru the alley behind Hotel Millersburg, all the way down to the alley behind Antique Emporium.  Antique vendors will be set up in front of many of the stores thru out downtown Millersburg.  

To name just a few of the stores that are participating with special events are : Shaker House Antiques - two antique dealers with Uniques and Tiques, Amish Country Essentials making soap all day and have a designer "Celebrating Home" in front of the store.  Bring your kids in to make a free "bath bomb".   Millersburg Furniture will have a folkartist in the front of the store and a jewelry vendor.  Hotel Millersburg will have an antique furniture dealer just inside the hotel.  55 West and Co. will have wonderful treasures outside the front and back door of the store.  Starlight Antiques will have great deals on furniture and a special gift shop table for $2 and $5.00 each. Youngs Uniforms will making Christian T shorts, customers can pick a design and watch it being made.  Antique Emporium will have 7 antique vendors located in the front and back of their store, bake sale and rug demonstrations.  

Stop by the Information booth of Historic Downtown Millersburg at the Court House lawn for an updated list of all the activities located thru out downtown Millersburg.  Sign up to win a basket full of gifts and gift certificates from downtown businesses.  

When shopping Antiques in the Alley, don't forget to visit the six antique / accent shops and a variety of unique stores and restaurants in downtown Millersburg.
